Where is Huzur Valley ?

Huzur Valley is 650 m above sea level, 9 km inland and 15 minutes from the small and iconic yachting resort of Göcek in southwest Turkey. It is a sublimely peaceful and secure environment, we are the only people in our valley, apart from frequent visits from our villager friends, farmers and shepherds.

Peaceful Valley
The beauty of the natural unspoilt environment and the peace of the valley creates a lovely setting for the restored village home, the natural stone swimming pool, the traditional wooden köşk, and the unique accommodation in nomadic yurts.
Swing in a hammock under an olive tree, lie by the pool, laze on the köşk or read a book in a shady nook. It is an idyllic place to take time out, to restore and renew yourself, and has been offering peace and support to guests for over twenty-five years.
Huzur Valley`s setting brings a deep connection with the natural wold that immeasurably enhances the benefits of yoga practice and the other courses.

Holistic Holidays, Nature and Purity

In Huzur Valley we cultivate olives, figs, almonds, apples, pears, grapes, mulberries, plums, walnuts and organic vegetables, tomatoes, aubergines, green beans, peppers, and all kinds of fresh salads and herbs.

We are surrounded by typical Mediterranean flora and fauna, and the scents of mountain herbs thyme, oregano, sage and pine resin. At night you can hear owls and nightingales. If you are lucky it is possible to hear foxes barking, wild pigs searching for roots and fallen fruit, hedgehogs snuffling in the garden. At night the valley is completey dark when there is no moon, the stars are spectacular, a rare sight in our permanenty lit towns.
At full moon is almost as bright as day, shining on the shadowy forest.

The serenity of the valley creates the perfect ambience for yoga, meditation or to focus on your selected course. You can walk in the forest, spend a day on the legendary Huzur Valley boat trip around the islands of Göcek Bay or simply relax by the pool. You will leave Huzur Valley refreshed, renewed, reconnected to yourself and others.
